After the required decision is received, the brand may carry out the agreed repair, prepare a replacement, arrange dispatch, or complete another agreed outcome.
Repairs and replacements
Repair work may be handled by the brand, a repair centre, or a service partner. Replacement work may involve confirming stock, preparing a replacement item, and arranging delivery.
Some repair activity can be hidden from the customer status view. You may see a broader customer-facing status while the brand completes detailed operational tasks in the background.
Preparing your return for dispatch
When the repaired product, replacement, or other return package is ready, the brand prepares it for dispatch. This can include packing, label creation, carrier booking, warehouse checks, and final quality review.
Dispatched
Dispatched means the item or replacement has left the brand, repair centre, warehouse, or service partner. If tracking details are available, use them to follow delivery progress with the carrier.
The return may close after dispatch, delivery confirmation, or another final check depending on the brand's workflow.
When the return is closed
Closed usually means the return process has finished. The final outcome may be repair completed, replacement dispatched, credit or refund processed, return rejected, or another agreed resolution.
If something still looks wrong after closure, contact the brand with the return reference and any relevant delivery or product details.
