Decision received means your response has been recorded. This can apply when you approve proposed inspection results, costs, repair work, replacement, or another customer-approved outcome.

Decision received and back with the brand for processing - TrackQUAL

If you approved the proposal

After approval, the brand can continue with the agreed next step. This may be repair work, replacement fulfilment, dispatch preparation, credit, refund, or another outcome depending on the return type and brand process.

You may not need to do anything else unless the brand asks for more information, shipping details, payment confirmation, or another required action.

If you rejected the proposal

If you rejected the proposal, the brand will review the decision and decide what happens next. The return may close, move into an exception path, or require follow-up outside the normal approval route.

Use any comments or contact options available to explain why the proposal was rejected if the brand asks for context.

If you part-approved and part-rejected the proposal

Only items that were approved will be processed

What to watch for next

Look for status updates, notifications, or messages from the brand. If the return is moving ahead, the next visible progress may relate to repair, replacement, dispatch preparation, or dispatch completion.
