This statement is made by Apperley Holdings Ltd. trading as TrackQUAL ("TrackQUAL", "we", "us" or "our") and sets out our commitment to preventing modern slavery, servitude, forced labour, compulsory labour, and human trafficking in our business and supply chains.

We recognise that modern slavery is a serious violation of fundamental human rights and that businesses have a responsibility to take reasonable steps to identify, prevent, and address the risk of modern slavery in their operations and commercial relationships.

2. Our commitment

This section sets out our overall position.

TrackQUAL is committed to acting ethically, with integrity, and in a way that supports respect for human rights in our business activities and supply chain relationships.

We do not knowingly engage in or support modern slavery, forced labour, child labour, human trafficking, or any related exploitative practices. We expect the same standard from the organisations and individuals we work with.

3. Our approach to modern slavery risk

This section explains the practical steps we expect in our operations and supplier relationships.

Although TrackQUAL operates as a software and services business and we consider the risk of modern slavery in our direct operations to be relatively low, we recognise that risk can arise in wider supply chains and outsourced services.

To help manage this risk, we aim to:

  • work with reputable suppliers, service providers, and business partners;
  • avoid knowingly entering into relationships with organisations involved in unlawful or unethical labour practices;
  • expect suppliers and partners to comply with applicable laws and to operate in a manner consistent with basic human rights and fair labour principles;
  • review concerns raised about suppliers or business partners where appropriate; and
  • take reasonable action if we become aware of practices inconsistent with this statement.

4. Supplier and partner expectations

This section explains what we expect from the organisations we work with.

We expect our suppliers, contractors, and service providers to:

  • comply with applicable employment, labour, and anti-slavery laws;
  • not use forced, compulsory, trafficked, or child labour;
  • treat workers lawfully and with dignity and respect; and
  • maintain appropriate standards within their own operations and, where relevant, their own supply chains.

Where concerns are identified, we may review the relevant relationship and consider what action is appropriate in the circumstances.

5. Reporting concerns

This section explains how concerns can be raised.

If we become aware of information suggesting that modern slavery or human trafficking may be present in our business or supply chain, we will consider the matter and determine what reasonable further steps are appropriate.

If you have any concerns relating to this statement or to labour practices associated with TrackQUAL or its suppliers, please contact us at info@trackqual.com.

6. Ongoing review

This section explains that the statement may be updated over time.

We may review and update this statement from time to time to reflect changes in our business, operations, supply chain relationships, or legal and compliance expectations.
