These terms and conditions govern access to and use of TrackQUAL services and related public content.

Customer data export and portability

Customers may request export of their customer data during the service term and during any agreed transition period following termination. TrackQUAL will make exported data available in a standard and usable format appropriate to the relevant data set.

Exit and transition

Where the agreement ends, TrackQUAL will provide reasonable transition assistance to support migration away from the service. Standard assistance includes access to the standard data export package and reasonable administrative support to understand the exported content. Additional migration services may be agreed separately where bespoke support is required.

No lock-in

TrackQUAL will not use technical restrictions to prevent or materially hinder a customer from exporting its data and moving to an alternative provider.

Retention and deletion

Operational retention, deletion timing, backup treatment, and related lifecycle commitments are described in the TrackQUAL Retention and Deletion Policy and any customer-specific agreement.
